Chaos has broken out at the AFL and NRL finals because tens of thousands of fans couldn’t buy tickets because the Ticketek website crashed.

Tickets for the two NRL semifinals, the AFL preliminary finals, and the upcoming tour by country singer Luke Combs went on sale at 10 a.m. on Monday. Because of the high demand, many fans were locked out after waiting for hours on the site.
When customers kept getting sent to an error page, they vented their anger on social media.

Tickets for the AFL preliminary final between Sydney and Collingwood on Saturday have already sold out. On Thursday, more tickets will be made available.
All of the tickets for fans of the four teams playing in the NRL semifinals this week have also been sold out.
Even with all the drama, all four games are expected to have huge crowds.
