Claim your NCEdCloud IAM Service account if you are a new employee or a new student in grades 6â12. Students in Kindergarten through Grade 5 can’t “claim” their accounts. Teachers can give younger students their Username (Student Number) and the default password that is listed in their profile.

This can be done through the “My Students” tab (or set the password to something easier to remember). LEAs can also choose to use NCEdCloud “Badges” or pictographs as an alternative way to identify students in grades Kâ5. How To Login NCEDCLOUD Online Education Management System
Step#1. Open ncedcloud login URL into web browser.
Step#2. Enter “USername” to the provided field.
Step#3. Click “Go” button and system will load to next page.
Step#4. Here enter your login password then click “login” button and you are into your necdcloud login account.
How To Claim My NCEdCloud Login Account (Employee/Student/Parent)
Step#1. Open powerschool student login claim URL into web browser.
Step#2. Select policy (Student/Employee/Parents) and then click “Next” button, page load.
Step#3. Now follow the instruction to complete Account Claim Information process.
Step#4. Once you complete the process by providing information to the provided field. You will receive an email where you get the confirmation that your claim is done successfully.
How To Reset NCEdCloud Login Password
Step#1. Open NCEdCloud password reset URL into web browser.
Step#2. Enter your username to begin.
Step#3. Tick the box to confirm that you are not a robot then click “Next” button.
Step#4. Follow the instruction to complete the password reset process.
Once your NCEdCloud Login passwords is reset then go to login page and enter login details to get access into your NCEdCloud account.
How To Recover NCEdCloud Login Username
Step#1. Open NCEdCloud username recover URL into web browser.
Step#2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
Step#3. Click “Next” button and you into the next steps.
Step#4. Here you need to enter all the information asked to the provided field.
Once you recover your login username then go to login page and enter login details to get access into your rapididentity student login account.
What process about new student and employee to get NCEdCloud Login Access?
- Every year, when new employees or students join your district or charter school, they can be sent to this page to learn more.
- The user will click the Claim My Account button at the bottom of the login screen after going to my.ncedcloud.org.
- Then, users will see the Claim Policy form, which is set to LEA Employee Claim Policy by default.
- (Students in grades 6â12 will need to choose the Student Claim Form if they have been told to claim their account through this process.)
- After you click “Next,” there are three more screens in the Claim Account process: the Employee Claim Form (or Student Claim Form), where you enter some information about yourself, the Set Password screen, and the Challenge-Response Security Questions screen, where you answer 5 or more of the questions given.
