What is MyWVUChart
MyWVUChart offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health.
United Hospital Center (UHC) offers MyWVUChart, the online patient portal for all WVU Medicine. With MyWVUChart, in conjunction with the EPIC computer system, UHC achieves an even higher standard of care coordination through electronic health records for the thousands of patients UHC serves in North Central West Virginia.
MyWVUChart Login
MyWVUChart, you will first need to activate your account by going to MyWVUChart.com. To obtain access to a family member’s chart (including children up to age 18), please request access with the patient during your next clinic appointment or at any Health Information Department to obtain the necessary signatures.
After your account is set up and confirmed, you can download the mobile app. Search for MyWVUChart on your devices’ app store. You can log in to your MyWVUChart account 24/7 from any computer or mobile device. You may also receive messages about your healthcare (such as upcoming appointments or notifications that your doctor has a message for you) to your email account from the MyWVUChart system.
MyWVUChart Sign Up
First, you need to activate your account. You can request an activation code online or at your primary care provider’s office. You’ll select a username and password and complete an online form. Then, you’re ready to access various convenient healthcare features in the patient portal.
MyWVUChart App
MyWVUChart app for mobile devices lets you access your WVU Medicine information when away from your computer. This free app is available for Apple and Android mobile devices. Download the MYCHART app and configure it with our WVU Medicine location zip code 26330.
MyChart gives you access to your test results, appointment information, current medication, immunization history, and more on your mobile device.
MyWVUChart proxy
Adult patients with their own MyChart account can request proxy access to another adult directly from their MyChart account. From the “Profile” tab, click “Proxy/Photos” and then click the link to the “Adult Proxy Request Form.” Complete and submit this form. Their profile is in MyWVUChart. You will need to accept the proxy disclaimer and follow Steps 2-10 above. MyChart account setup,
