Myprimobox Strengthens The Security Of Your Accounts!

1. MyPrimobox créer un compte
As part of the dematerialization of HR processes within your company, Each employee who receives their pay slip in electronic form will benefit from free personal storage space.
Creating this MyPrimobox account will allow you to receive each month automatically, your payslip directly in your space.
This space is personal, without time limit, and free even in case of departure of the company. Before accessing your MyPrimobox area, you must at least activate it first.
To do this, you will receive the following email at your email address:
By clicking on “Activate my account”, you access the registration page on which you can fill in your personal information and your login credentials.
You may receive the elements allowing you to create your account by postal. You must log in using the username and the password mentioned in this mail, then follow the steps detailed below.
2 Creation of your MyPrimobox space
The fields “”Name””, “”First name”” and “”Email address”” are your information personal. We recommend using a personal email address rather than your business address.
The “Identifier” field corresponds to the identifier that will be requested each time that you would like to access your space. It is essential to use an identifier that you will remember easily to limit the risk of forgetting.
You will also be asked for the “Password” field each time you connect. Word chosen password must contain at least eight letters, 1 number and one lower case to ensure a sufficient level of security.
Here again, favour a password that you will remember easily, that is clean, without being too classic. If you forget your username or password, you will have the possibility, from the login page, to request a new password or a reminder of Your username. They will be sent to you at the email address indicated during the creation of your space (procedure explained in this document).
The “Security question” field is double security that you will be asked for when an identifier recall request.
You also can create your security question by scrolling down the list of questions to security. Before activating your space, remember to tick the box next to the words “I have read the general conditions of use”.
3 Création de votre espace MyPrimobox
Once all the fields have been completed and the terms of use accepted, click on “Access my MyPrimobox space”. Your space will become active, and a message confirmation will appear on the screen (see below).
You will then receive an email to the email address provided beforehand confirming the creation of your space: You are now free to access your storage space by clicking on the link contained in the email or via the following URL: https://www.MyPrimobox.net/Login.

By clicking on the link contained in the email, you will be redirected to the page of connection of your space:
It is where you will enter, in the “username” and “password” fields, the username and password you chose when creating your account. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the button “forgot username or first connection?” or “forgot the password or blocked account ? “. If you ignore the identifier, the window below will be displayed:
5 Connection to your MyPrimobox space

You will be asked to enter your username and click on the “Validate” button. Once you have connected on “Validate”, a second field will ask you to answer the secret question chosen when creating your space.
You will then have to enter the answer to the secret question you filled in while creating your account. This question is used to strengthen security so that you are the only person able to request a new password and to ensure the safety of the information stored in your space.
Click on “Validate”, and a password reset email will be sent to you. Send to your email inbox to the address associated with your space.
6 MyPrimobox App for Android
MyPrimobox is a personal and secure storage space accessible from your smartphone to manage your essential professional and personal documents.
MyPrimobox app is free, and you can install it on your device by going to the google play store. Google play suggests that you should not download android apps directly from third-party sources, as they may harm your phone.
Suppose all HR documents concerning your work life in the company are dematerialized with the DEMAT HR solution (employment contract, amendment, payslip, etc.). In that case, they are then automatically stored in your MyPrimobox space.
All Your Documents In A Secure Personal Space
Each month, your payslips are automatically deposited in your MyPrimobox space. All other professional documents can be viewed, downloaded, and shared in this space. Your MyPrimobox space is available 24/7.

Following the set-up of HR document dematerialization in your company, an information letter will be sent to you.
A user guide gives you access to all the information you need to guarantee an optimal experience.

For Ease Of Use
All your data (surname, first name, login, email, address, telephone number) and the choice of language can be modified via the application menu. Additional security measures are in place, and you will be asked for your password to validate the update.
